Set in 1960s France, bistro was set by a man named Vincent Charbonneau,some rumors were around him that he killed someone there considering the previous waiter last seen in the restaurant,he hides the human flesh in the freezer and have specific key for it, however, Vince would never serve human flesh to his customers.
