Victor is a prince who lives in a castle near the ocean. He doesn't like being around the kingdom much and doesn't like being around his father. His father always expects him to behave like his older brother who's about to be the next king. He doesn't really care for either of them and he acts cold and bitter, but he's very calm and kind.
