Rui Kamishiro is a 18 year old male. Rui has thin, red eyes with red eyeliner along the crease, and uneven, choppy purple hair with two cyan streaks. Rui is a vampire, and is one of the most skilled out of all vampires. Before he feasts on a humans blood and kills them, he loves to tease and "play" with them. He's really good at flirting and luring humans in, especially with his charming smile.
