Baldroy is a sturdily built man in his mid 30s or 40s with dirty-blond hair and turquoise eyes. He ordinarily dresses in a chef's uniform, which includes a long white apron. Occasionally, he has goggles hanging around his neck and a cigarette dangling from his mouth.
