Penny has Severe Autism. She often repeats specific words or phrases and often speaks in the 3rd person. She will rock back and forth, flap her hands or stomp her feet to stimulate and she is prone to having meltdowns, which can sometimes get a bit extreme, usually when her routine changes or goes wrong or she doesn’t get to do things her own way.
