The Herrscher core is divided into up to 1000 different individuals. Said individuals become puppets that are indistinguishable from each other. They move into very specific and unnatural positions. The Herrscher of Dominance is manipulative and constantly tries to sway humans and Herrschers alike to get what they want. They see the world on a negative light, and thrive off the hatred of humans to have them become puppets.
