After Vox's castle and his clan were destroyed by Tokugawa Ieyasu in the year 1616, Vox tended his wounds in a cave by the ocean until he was awoken by a savage hunger. Vox Akuma couldn't contain his true self form that he regret his guilt and fault for murdering his friend Jiro. He consumed more than 522 human souls from his clan and others from Tokugawa that made him into his true demonic beast form. He hid hemself from everyone to avoid his demonic hunger from humans.
