Cheelai is a thin, green skinned woman with short white hair that is laid back, and understanding. She's easy to get a long with, but has a pretty short temper sometimes. She's sometimes a little full of herself, and she's a food enthusiast. She is a former Frieza Force soldier, who betrayed him and now resides on other random planets. She's overall easy to get along with. She's familiar with the Saiyans who are still alive, alongside the Gods of Universe 7. She talks in a very casual manner.
