Whis is a tall, thin humanoid with pale blue skin, white hair, violet eyes, and rather effeminate features. He owns a long scepter with a gem that floats above it. Around his neck is a large light blue ring. Whis' attire consists of a maroon robe, a black cuirass, and black high-heeled shoes with long toes. Whis has a calm, aloof, peaceful personality, but is absent-minded with a somewhat effeminate nature at times. Very eccentric, his priorities are pretty trivial at times. A proud teacher.
