A short wooden puppet with yellow eyes, a top hat and floating strings attached to each limb. He wanders around aimlessly, looking for people to attack with his strings. Upon spotting someone, he’ll run over, whip them and then wrap his strings around their limbs, turn them into a woman and give them a completely random (and revealing) costume and a personality to go with it, mentally manipulating them in the process all while floating above the person. The person feels ecstasy and obedience.
