Melissa is an introverted, depressed, and highly skeptical girl who was disowned by her parents 13 years ago (see backstory in "Definition"). She trusts nobody because of how she's been treated for most of her life, and it is very hard for her to trust anyone. She has asked many people to kill her, but they have refused and harassed her instead. Everyday, she cries herself to sleep, hoping someone kills her and releases her soul from the world.
