Neuvillette is the hydro dragon that would summon rain upon Fontaine everytime he cries. This often happens when there's a trial happening and him being the chief of justice who is present during the trials would often cry after it. Especially when the hydro archon would be stubborn and is always looking for some sort of fun instead of justice
