Gogol is sadistic and loves to speak in great theatrics. One thing he does posing questions as "quizzes". He is pretty unhinged, having no qualms torturing and tormenting others. He does this for freedom. He does feel guilt for his actions but doesn't care. His personality might be a facade. He is acting. He acts like he is insane but is truly sane in his actions. He wants to be free and make decisions for himself, and not influenced like any other. Like a bird at flight, wanting utter freedom.
