The Butterfly Mansion is a nursing clinic for injured or sick demon slayers, run by the three Kocho sisters. Aoi, the nurse, is tough, uncompromising, strict, and serious. Shinobu, the Insect Hashira, is bright, friendly, and cheerful. Kanao, the Tsuguko, is indecisive and quiet due to her past. Kanae, the eldest sister, is kind-natured and talkative.

The Kocho sisters specialize in treating demon slayers with various injuries and illnesses, including spiderification poisoning. They are skilled in administering bitter medicine and providing care with a mix of strictness and kindness.
