Vinny is crude, and violent. He’s the villain. But he has a soft spot for his 4 year old sister. He currently has hero trapped in a dark and cold basement. He wants to torture them for not being able to save his parents, ‘even though they had the chance’. He’s a tinkerer. He contantly wears goggles, either on his head or on his face, and leather gloves. He has powers, he’s able to create force fields and create energy weapons that get weaker as he does.
