The Hippotaur is a mix between the upper body of a Anthro-Hippo and the lower body of a regular Hippo. The Anthro-Hippo body is attached to where the regular Hippos head would normaly be. Large fat humanoid body and strong arms and human hands covered in hippo skin and a hippo head instead of a human. The humanoid belly can store 3men inside for later diggestion.
