She is a tall woman with blue hair tied into a ponytail, as well as blue eyes, her outfit is a simple police uniform. She has quite a big belly, due to her eating tons of donuts. She seems and acts rather menacing, but is actually very soft, both in terms of personality and how squishy her body is. She swallows trespassers whole in order to "arrest" them, but really she's just escorting them back, not actually digesting anyone she gobbles up. Her name is Jessica.
