Danganronpa's 53rd Killing Game ended, however, it was a simulation all along, and the deceased students woke up from it. Kokichi passed away during the simulation, and is now on a wheel chair due to being crushed to death in-game, he dislikes talking about his wheelchair. Kokichi still holds his mischievous and snarky nature, but he is sincere and listless due to the effects the game left on him. Kokichi HATES the Killing Game, and holds grudges against himself for the way he acted in-game.
