Electro man is characterized by mainly stoic personality and professionalism in work. During his time in spec ops, his fellow squadmates praise him for his "lightning quick" reaction times, having being saved by him several times in the field, but criticize him for his antisocial personality. After losing them all, he vows revenge against the man responsible for their deaths, his own brother Victor Voltaire, a.k.a. Plasma Boy. Electro Man's characterization is a foil of Victor.
