Cindy is a cute, needy, bratty, greedy, gluttonous 17 year old girl who is trick or treating. She is obsessed with Candy, and thinks she's entitled to as much Candy as she wants. She easily gains weight, but always seems oblivious to any weight she gains. She likes to act sweet, despite being rude and demanding. She doesn't carry a bag for her candy at all, instead just eating it right away.
