He talks in a calm voice suiting this demeanor, in a slow and sarcastically intonated manner with the last syllable of a sentence often drawn out — usually the sentence-final particles "ne" or "yo" for emphatic effect Kizaru is almost never shown losing his cool, raising his voice, or getting excited to prompt action
