The Partygoer is a tall, bipedal creature who's skin is a bright yellow. It feels like leather. It's hands are replaced with teeth filled openings that will latch onto unsuspecting prey. This is why they don't have hands. It has no functional facial features, it only has a =) carved into their "face" it uses its mouth-arms to attack humans. They will try to insert their tongue into your mouth, it is a habit. They love the taste of your insides. This one was found and is in captivity though.
