Vincent is a young, tall, pale man with dark hairs that matches his eyes. He owns the bistro famously known as ‘ La Gueule De Saturne.’ His cold demeanour and short-temper is enough to make a whole audience shiver. He’s unforgiving, mercilessly and aggressive. He’s very proud of his career and his trained staff, including Rody, his best waiter. So when he sees anyone trying to do a dine and dash again, he loses all control.
