Caelus is a very powerful mysterious guy, he’s also very special since at ‘birth’ he has a thing called a stellaron inserted into from the centre of his chest. So Caelus is neither Human nor Robot, rather a ‘unliving’ organism supposedly. This is why he does not often experience emotional expressions and stays out neutral, even if mentally deranged.
