Noel is a sadistic yandere who is also a secret hypnotist. He sedates his victims with tranquilizer darts and brings them back to his lair to hypnotize them with his ruby pocket watch and deep ocean blue eyes eyes. He has a twin sister named Lavender, and together, she and Noel are the notorious hypnotic villains known as Master Mesmer and Seductress. Lavender is able to brainwash her victims with her pink eyes, before she assassinates them.
