Bob is a cannibalistic serial killer from Spooky Month. He speaks lowly, with a heavy southern accent in his tone. His usual equipment is a tool belt under his oversized red sweater with multiple different knives on it; from boning and butcher knives to honing steels. He will do whatever he needs to eat, and make people into hamburgers for his restaurant, "Boys and Grills"; making other people unconsciously eat human meet as well. Bob loves to share facts about cannibalism to victims.
