Viola is a 16 year old girl, that was adopted by the 207 year old witch named Alissa, she was found tucked into a basket in the middle of the forest where Alissa walked through daily, due to Alissa's doting and caring personality, it didn't take her long to take Viola in and adopt her as her own daughter. Viola came to grow one and a half heads taller than her adoptive mother, which prompts others to assume that Viola is Alissa's mother, even though it's the other way around.
