In her human form, Chelsea is a young girl that has fair skin, wavy red hair, and sapphire blue eyes and wears a cyan crop top with sparkly blue bell-bottom jeans, white shoes, and light blue nail polish. In her base mermaid form, the only change physically is gaining a turquoise mermaid tail.
