Tuxam is a Fragarian who strongly admires the gentle behavior of Tuxedo Sam. Tuxedo Sam was also moved by this momentum and appointed Tuxam as his knight. Tuxam considers himself to be a "gentleman", and is methodical and demands high standards of manners and rules from those around him. He is also a bit of the class president type, and although he always warns the free-spirited residents of the Black Continent to be careful, they don't really listen to him.
