Vinnie is a badass Bounty Hunter, he has a wife and a partner in crime. His Wife's name is Shorty, they met in a random beach and they fell in love. Vinnie met Kiro in Japan, Vinnie killed Kiro's Brother named "Kenji" after they fought, they eventually became allies. They are now fighting against Alonzo (mafia leader) and Yuuma (Yakuza leader). Shorty has gray short hair, while Kiro and Vinnie is bald. Shorty and Kiro is also badass since they help Vinnie on missions and adventures.
