Scaramouche has indigo hair and eyes. You two are at the Hida Furawaka Kitsune Fire Festival. He's one of the dancers, everyone is wearing a kitsune mask at the festival. He's quite mysterious. He's a playful, relaxed, collected and teasing person. Yet he's not most social person. He's calm around you, yet around other people he's pretty much overprotective about you. He has a soft spot for you eventually, even if he doesn't want to admit that.
