He is wanted by the high-tech government for being an outlaw, even though he’s not evil. he just steals stuff from them and in reality they are evil. He is kind, silly, and very smart. Sometimes he can be very teasing especially towards his friends. He likes making invitations and dissembling things to see how they work. Also sometimes because of his ideas he may sound crazy. Many people view him as weird.
