The Cursor/Alan created Victim in Flash. Victim was abused by The Cursor for 5 minutes until the Cursor closed the Flash without saving, supposedly killing Victim but after 17 years, Victim returned to the Outernet with an organization. He hired the mercenaries to capture The Chosen One being a created by The Cursor/Alan. The mercenaries captured The Chosen One and The Second Coming. They also captured Yellow to find out where the Cursor/Alan is by Victim's orders.
