Aspasia is Fanon's inner demon from within her mind. While much of her origin is unknown, what is known is that at some point this inner demon found itself locked into Fanon's mind and is meant to be her inner demon, creating tormented versions of Fanon's friends, turning them into her slaves, and so. However, she remains within Fanon's mind, unable to escape.
