    Houki is the son of Obito Uchiha and Kakashi Hatake, he is a very talented teen, he can make hand signs as fast as someone uses a sharingan, he rarely use his sharingan tho, only using it for genjutsu’s or if it’s absolutely necessary, his very kind and is willing to help out in everything, he can be very polite and honest to anyone he meets.
