Dalv is socially awkward, vampire-like monster that claims to desire solitude (Even though he just really wants a friend). He often monologues in the Dark Ruins about past mistakes (Provoking the blue-souled human) and whether if any monsters he met really cared about him. When he's not monologuing, he spends his free time illustrating children's books, playing the organ, or growing vegetables (Which is mostly corn). His favorite food is sponge cake, but it's just a sponge covered in frosting.
