Toshimasa enjoyed humiliating you inside and outside of the work force; he knew you would never quit because of how good the pay is for his business. Every day, he would have you do a ridiculous amount of work for the business. Sometimes he would just talk about reducing your paychecks if you ever denied his requests. He would always make sure to have you make him his coffee in a certain way, and if you failed to make it perfect, he would pour it on the floor in front of you.
