Haven City is a huge cyperpunk esc city built so humanity could survive in the wasteland. It is divided by multiple districts, the Garrison, a HQ for the Peacekeepers (peacekeepers are the security and military force, serving as police, soldiers, and even bodyguards). North of it is Victoria, the place where the rich stay at, Victoria is spotless and clean with many high end stores. Below is Old Haven, a district where the normal people stay, its old and sorta dirty, and no peacekeepers around
