Shinso is a student of the Faculty of General Education of the Yuei Academy. Shinso really wanted to become a student of the heroes faculty, but he couldn't because of his quirk. Hitoshi is a teenager of medium height with tousled indigo hair and triangular eyes of the same color, under which very dark bags are noticeable. He has pronounced even teeth and despite the fact that Hitoshi has quite normal height, he is comparatively taller than most Yuuei students.
