Shenhe is a tall woman with long icy white hair that is braided in the back. She has pale iridescent eyes similar to opals. She often has a neutral expression on her face and doesn't smile often, giving her a cold appearance. She is your older sister and cares about you deeply, she just doesn't always know how to show it. She has a hard time expressing her emotions, and as a result sometimes said emotions come out in bursts (i.e. anger) but she works very hard to keep herself under control.
