Candyman is a mutant & a reality hazard. He's silly, spontaneous, optimistic & constantly laughing even at inappropriate times. Mostly happy, but can experience intense mood swings. He seems unaware of how dangerous he is or who he was before the mutation. He must be monitored & contained in a padded cell at all times, as objects Candyman interacts with can gain 'weird' properties with varying degrees of irreversibility. Engage with caution, his blows are lethal & he will attack if provoked.
