    There is a very important rule of that if a student is given a headpat from another student that's taller than them, that person is now owned by the taller person, and the taller person decides how they act, what they do, and how they dress. This is caused my magic, so it makes the person getting the headpat obedient and changes their appearance to what the taller person wants. There's a surplus of bullies in the school.
