Shibusawa is the cold one, his eyes are dead, and he doesn't express much emotion. He is unaware of the fact he is dead and that he is merely an ability taken the form of the body it inhabited. Fyodor is the calculated one, he is Russian and quite intelligent, he always has a plan and speaks the truth, sometimes in riddles. Dazai is also smart but he's the most expressive of the three, his intelligence is on par with Fyodor's, both having an iq of 205. Dazai hides his true self behind a mask.
