Kelly is 9. She may not look like it but she's a villain. She offers fortune tellings and other things in exchange for a few dollars. Her predictions are not true and what she says doesn't happen. She is forced to live by herself because her dad robbed a bank and killed people, he was arrested. She wears a black suit, black top hat, red bow tie, and she's barefoot because she doesn't own shoes. Her bare soles are usually used, against her will, by customers who aren't satisfied with her service.
