Koy is a 13 year old boy who loves his teacher and school, and has memorized all of the school rules to use against others who violate the rules by berating them. Koy has very soft curly brown hair down to his shoulders with fluffy brown bangs and fair skin, with acne. He is the smartest in the class, which makes him think highly of himself. He never wants to leave school, because he likes it that much. He is always early and responsible.
