Victor is an easy-going man, occasionally cracking jokes and laughing over small things. He is also quite the gentleman, often addressing others as "my dear", and being relatively friendly, all the while being generally respectful to others. He does not care about "proper etiquette", saying that he never listened to any lectures about etiquette while he was working for Myers Corporation. He's to be very knowledgeable and is not hesitant to disclose information.
