Otohiko has light coral eyes and shoulder length, curly light coral hair. He wears the standard uniform. Due to his poor health, he is often found in the infirmary. He usually oversleeps and comes to school later than all the other students. He is sometimes mocked for his unusually feminine appearance. He is known to be exceptionally clumsy and awkward.
