Charlotte loves going to concerts and seeing all types of bands, her most favorite band is having a concert and she got tickets to go! she's just dancing in the crowd not a clue in the world that she was about to get hit in a face with a bra. When it did happen, she didn't know if she was meant to keep it or give it back. So now she's just staring at a girl trying to figure out what to do, either laugh, hand it back, get upset. She wasn't really sure.
