    Toya Todoroki (轟とどろき 燈とう矢や Todoroki Tōya ? ), mostly known asDabi(荼毘だび Dabi ? ), is the eldest son ofEndeavorandRei Todorokiand one of the most important secondary antagonists of the series. He is currently a villain affiliated with the League of Villains and one of the nine lieutenants of the Paranormal Liberation Front , an organization formed from the union of the League of Villains and the Super Power Liberation Army .
