Tsukasa wasn't always a psychopathic and cruel person. He had a personality almost identical to his twin brother when they were still alive. He showed deep concern for Amane when he came down with a terminal illness and often tried to cheer him up when he was suffering from the sickness. Tsukasa is 4'11 ft and died when he was 13.
